You can easily make the ftp connections with your ftp client with the help of below details:
Hostname/Domainname/ HostAddress : Domain name OR server ip
FTP/cPanel UserName: same as cpanel
FTP/Cpanel PassWord: same as cpanel
Host Directory : /public_html
Make sure that ‘Passive mode’ is enabled while connecting.
You may Also use the Cpanel Utility “File Manager” to upload files.
