Login as Admin into the plesk :
Go to Plesk
Click on the domainname.com for which you want to enable SFTP
Click on “Web Hosting Settings”
Where you will see
‘Shell access to server with’ FTP user’s
set it to credentials to “/bin/bash”
And you are Done.
