While installing gnupg on cPanel server

pecl install gnupg

To resolve this error you will need to first install gpgme-devel

yum install gpgme-devel

Once its install you can run the command again

pecl install gnupg

Verify gnupg extension with php.

root@hostripples.com [~]# php -i | grep gnupg
gnupg
gnupg support => enabled
