Sometimes you need to redirect visitors from one domain or from one specific page to another domain or another web page i.e. say from one domain abc .com to another domain abc.net or for example from one webpage abc.com/sales.html to abc.net/info.html. You can easily configure this domain redirection using cPanel or other way round you can directly edit .htaccess file if you wish to set customize the redirection rules.
To Redirect Domain in cPanel:
1. Log into your cPanel.
2. Navigate to the “Redirects” option under the “Domains” section.
3. You’ll be provided with 2 type sections to choose from i.e. select type option as “Permanent (301)” if you want to create a Permanent redirect. If you want to create temporary redirect then choose “Temporary (302)” redirect option. Typically, redirects are Permanent (by default).
4. From the drop-down list select the domain which you want to redirect.
5. When you’re looking to redirect a specific file like sales.html, then enter the file name with the – (blank forward slash) i.e.  '/' field.
6. Under the field “Redirects to” enter the domain or webpage to which you want to redirect the traffic to.
7. In the next section i.e. "www. redirection" - select the way in which you wish to mange the 'www' redirects. This option enables you to setup and manage the redirects with respect to the www subdomain i.e. redirects would be possible only when www is included or when www is not included or else apply the redirect irrespective of whether the www is typed in by the user or not. 
8. Wild card redirect allows you to do a Wild Card redirect i.e. if you wish to redirect all pages from abc.com to abc.net, then select this option – “Wild Card Redirect”. Still confused?  If you select this option it would redirect the specificdomain.com/webpage.html to  NewDomain.com/anotherwebpage.html. 
Keep in mind - Everything that comes after specificdomain.com/ for example "webpage.html" will be added after NewDomain.com/.
9. Once you finish this, click on "Add" button.

In this video we’ll be introducing you to e-mail forwarders in cPanel email and how to set up Email Forwarders. So, without wasting much time let’s start! The email- forwarders are of two types: 1. Account forwarders and 2. Domain forwarders.
1. Email Account forwarders is considered as the most common type of email account forwarder. It forwards the coming email messages from one email account to another email account. Preferably, you can create several email forwarders as per your requirement and forward email messages from one account to several other email accounts. Email Account Forwarders are set up as one email forwarder per email account. 
2. Domain forwarders forwards all incoming email messages from one domain to another domain. Together with authorized email messages, email forwarders also forward spam email messages. 
To add an Email account forwarder: 
It is easy to add and delete e-mail account forwarders.
To add an e-mail account forwarder in cPanel, follow the below steps:
1. Log in to your cPanel account.
2. Navigate to “email” section of the cPanel dashboard and click “Forwarders” option.
3. Under “Create an Email Account Forwarder” option select “Add Forwarder” option.
4. In the “Address to Forward” field, enter the e-mail username that you wish to forward.
5. From the Domain list box, select the domain for the e-mail address.
6. Then under Destination field, enter the destination email address for the forwarded message.
To forward the email message from one email account to another email address, enter the e-mail address in the “Forward to Email Address” field.
7. Select “Discard and send an error to the sender (at SMTP time) Failure message (seen by sender)” option so as to discard the message and send an error message to the sender. 
Now, for setting advanced email account forwarder options, Select “Advanced Options”:
Here if you wish to forward a message to a system account, then select “Forward to a system account” option and then enter the system account name in the given field.
• In order to pipe the email message to any other program, select “Pipe to a Program” option, and enter the path related to your home directory in the field given.
*Not recommended: In order to discard any email message, Select Discard option.
• Then select “Add Forwarder” option and cPanel will add the email account forwarder.
Deleting an email account forwarder:
When you don’t need an e-mail forwarder, you can delete it from cPanel email option. Follow the below steps, to delete an e-mail forwarder:
1. Log in to your cPanel account.
2. Under the “EMAIL” section of the cPanel dashboard, select “Forwarders” option.
3. In “Email Account Forwarders” option, navigate to the email forwarder which you wish to delete, and then from “Actions” section click “Delete” option.
4. To confirm, click “Delete Forwarder” and cPanel will delete that email forwarder.
Domain forwarders: It is easy to add and remove domain forwarders.
To add a new domain forwarder, follow the below steps:
1. Log in to your cPanel account.
2. Under “EMAIL” section of the cPanel dashboard select “Forwarders” option.
3. In “Create an Email Account Forwarder” option, select “Add Domain Forwarder”.
4. Under “Add a New Domain Forwarder” field, select the domain for which you wish to forward e-mail messages and in the destination field, enter the destination domain to set as a forwarder.
5. Then select “Add Domain Forwarder” option and cPanel will add the domain forwarder.
How to delete a domain forwarder:
When you don’t need a domain forwarder, you can delete it. Follow the below steps to delete a domain forwarder:
1. Log in to your cPanel account.
2. Under the cPanel’s “EMAIL” section, select “Forwarders” option. 
3. Select the Domain which you are looking to delete, and then click Delete.
4. Confirm the deletion and cPanel will delete the domain forwarder.

In this tutorial we'll learn how to create an account in WHM:
It is important to note that to create account in WHM aren’t permissible unless you don’t have any hosting package. Therefore, first, create your hosting package associated with your account. 
• Log in to your WHM with your user name and password. 
• The URL could contain either your VPS or reseller server IP address with port 2087. It should look like this: http://zzz.zzz.zzz.zzz:2087.
• Once you are in the WHM dashboard, search for  “package” in the search bar so as to locate the Packages tools. Then click Add a Package.
• Now in the Add a Package page, enter your Package Name and then set account limitations if any and also select desired cPanel features before clicking Add.
• A Success message will be displayed at the bottom right corner of the browser window.
Now let’s create a new account in WHM: 
Once you create a web hosting package, proceed to create a new account in WHM.  Again, in the WHM search box, search for “create” option and then click “Create a New Account”, which you will find under “Account Functions” tab.
Fill in required details in the “Create a New Account” page, containing - Domain Information, Package selection and Settings. Your entries will be verified each time you fill in the details – a green checkmark next to each box –as you complete the form and if a red cross (‘X’) appears, then check what you have entered.

The most important thing that can go completely unchecked on an email account is- use of space. Here I’m sharing some ways to find out disk space usage of email and how to clean up the disk usage. I’ll also explain how to access your email address to use disk usage option in your cPanel, how to check it for your entire email addresses and how to manage different email folders. 
Once your cPanel hosting account gets created, you need an email account and the system then creates an email account for your business purposes. You can manage this account just like other email accounts, only difference is it is a -cPanel username- which is also mentioned in welcome email. 
An automatic warning email is sent by the server to the contact email address that has been configured under the "Update Contact Information" option, once your email account reaches full capacity. If all your contact emails are not listed in cPanel web hosting account, or if user is using an email that doesn’t go to correct email address, then this system notification will be issued.

Always try not to exceed the maximum hard drive limit, when your website is growing or when you upload large amounts of files to cPanel. When you come to know that your disk space is full and e-mail account has reached the memory quota, C-Panel has in-built option -"e-mail" – to help you.
