1) Internal Server Error
The internal server error is the most common problem for WordPress website users and it is also called “500 Internal Server Error” which means there is an issue or temporary glitch in the website’s programming.

An Internal Server displays this kind of error when your requested server is unable to display the requested page. There are some common reasons for this error, which includes already installed plugins or themes issue. It could be also due to a corrupted “.htaccess” file or a problem with the PHP memory limit.

The .htaccess file contains important directives for the server. If the .htaccess file is corrupted then you will face this type of error.
To identify the error, you can access your server via FTP and search the file in your root directory.
Point to Remembered: .htaccess files are hidden to view those files you have to Click on enable option > “Show Hidden Files”
After identifying the .htaccess file > right click and rename the file to the name .htaccess_new and try to reload the site.
Internal server errors can also be caused by insufficient memory space. In that case, you have to increase the limit of the available memory, which is inside wp-config.php.
To perform this > open the file (via FTP) and add the following line:
Define (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’)
This will increase the memory limit to 64MB. (You can set it to 128MB or 256MB if required).
By following these above-mentioned steps you can sort this issue easily. You can your web hosting provider to increase the limit if you’re not able to do it from your end.
2) Error Establishing a Database Connection
Whenever you see the above message that means “WordPress cannot connect to the site’s database.
This indicates that you’re not aware of the location of the WordPress saved databases like content, post, pages, and other information.
1. Check wp-config.php
This wp-config.php file holds all the login details for the database that you entered at the time of installation i.e (database name, username, password, and server).
You’ll get this in the root directory of your WordPress installation.

2. Access wp-admin

Add the following line to wp-config.php to enable this feature:
define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true);
After that, access http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/maint/repair.php to start the process.

When you see a white screen of death on your WordPress website, it means that a script on your website has exhausted its memory limit.

Open the Filezilla and find the upload folder inside wp-content with the help of Right-click it > set File permission.
In the directory, you can upload by yourself. Further, you need to change the permission of all folders to 744.
Enter this permission 755 in the “Numeric Value” section >> Then Tick the “Recurse into subdirectories” >> select “Apply to directories only” >> OK and the FTP Client will set the permission for your directories.
