If you can not see user’s account in WHM >> List account, please use following steps to fix it.
Check the following files :
1. Check if the domain is present in this list
/etc/userdomains
2.Username should be replaced by the actual username
ls /var/cPanel/users/username
3. Check if this file exists
/var/cpanel/users/username
If all the above are giving proper output then run the following :
/scripts/updateuserdomains
It will update all users domain and recheck the account or domain in WHM >> List account. It will be listed there.
