WordPress sites are not working with www because we always install wordpress on example.com, not on www.example.com so if you browse site www.example.com, it simply redirect/work on http://example.com, instead of http://www.example.com
Follow the below steps in order to fix such issues:
a)Login in to wordpress admin panel
b)Go to setting
c)Click on general settings
d)You will get 2 options there, WordPress address (URL) and Site address
You need to put complete website address there, htp://www.example.com and thats all.
