To restore your website from a Softaculous backup, please follow these steps:
Step 1 : Log into your cPanel.
Step 2 : Under the Software/Services section, Click the Softaculous button.
Step 3 : Click the Backup/Restore link.
Step 4 : On this page you will see a list of all available backups.
Step 5 : Find the one which you want to restore, click the Restore icon to the far right (which looks like an arrow pointing to the left).
Step 6 : On the next page, select whether you would like to restore either or both your website files and your website database.
Step 7 : Finally, click on the Restore Installation button to complete the process.
Note : Please do not close or refresh your browser tab until the restoration process is finished.
When process has finished, you will see a message stating
“Your backup has been restored successfully.”
You have fully restored your website from your Softaculous backup.
