In computer networking, TUN and TAP are virtual network kernel devices. Being network devices supported entirely in software, they differ from ordinary network devices which are backed up by hardware network adapters.
How to Enable TUN/TAP in VPS
TUN/TAP is not enabled by default on your VPS, however, you can enable it yourself via your SolusVM login. You can follow the below instructions to enable TUN/TAP support.
1) Login to VPS via SSH
2) Select the VPS that you wish to enable TUN/TAP support for by clicking on the Manage button.
3) Click on Settings under Controls.
4) Click on the Enable TUN/TAP button.
