Hostripples gives you option to choose between Windows or Linux base platform for your SeaFile Cloud Storage. You can have it install on Share as well as VPS/Dedicated server.
Seafile allow users to maintain and create the groups with file syncing, wiki , and discussion to enable easy collaboration around documents within a team.

Seafile server package contains a light-weight Python HTTP server gunicorn that serves the website. Seahub runs as an application within gunicorn. Here Seafile server data service daemon handles raw file upload/download/syncing. Ccnet server is use to RPC service daemon which enable communication among multiple components as above.
