Hostripples gives you option to choose between Windows or Linux base platform for your SeaFile Cloud Storage. You can have it install on Share as well as VPS/Dedicated server.

Here Seafile server data service daemon handles raw file upload/download/syncing. Ccnet server is use to RPC service daemon which enable communication among multiple components as above.
